When installing a backup camera I knocked off the back of what seems to be the on/off switch
    of the passenger seat airbag.
Anyone experience with this ? How to repair?
I do not use it but if I can fix it easily I will.

    It probably just clips together...
Show us the part that came off.

Unfortunately it is impossible to photograph it. I felt around and the back of the on and off switch of the passenger airbag key switch has a similar shape.
Rectangular and a pin in somewhere in the middle which probably meets with the hole in the plug.
    See pics attached.

What is the easy way to remove the panel so i can click it back in place?

Sometimes there is a fast electronic clicking sound coming from that area too. The sensor seems to be working fine. As that when there is no passenger the display shows that and vice versa.

You can pull the trim piece behind the glovebox out and maybe have a bit more visiblity back there.
First remove the glovebox by unhooking the glovebox damper (shown below), pressing the tabs in on the sides of the glovebox, and hinging it down until it can be unhooked off the hinges.

Then remove the 10mm head bolt behind the glovebox latch.

And finally remove the upper glovebox trim by gently pulling at the edges.

Thanks DM93. That gave me the max headspace I needed. It clicked right back in place.
