With the case on my iPhone 13 Pro, the Qi charger does not charge the phone. The issue seems to be the thickness of the protective covers raised rib that surrounds and protects the larger three camera lens. The raised rib causes an angle to be established when you lay the phone on the charger and prevents the back of the phone from lying flat on the Qi. With the case off, the Qi works fine and my daughters Chevy Tahoe Qi works even with the case on. My case is a Tech 21.

Is anyone else having this issue?

My 12 pro has the same problem. I actually gave up using the charging pad. It’s a nice novelty but charges very slowly.

Gave up with mine too. However, I rented a Chevy Malibu a whole ago for a road trip, and it charged my phone just fine. Chevy has a good thing going with their wireless chargers.

When I can get mine to work, it doesn't actually charge much. It just maintains the battery

I just got the 2019 Tacoma w/ the Qi wireless charger in it.... I've got the 13 pro max. Tried it with the UAG case, didn't work & also pulled the case off, still didn't work. I've even tried it in a 2 other test driven TRDs & neither way worked in them either.

Seems to me this thing is useless after reading the other posts

See my post #12. Works well where the OEM was useless, as you stated.

Yeah I saw it... might get that one later on but focusing on getting the essentials for now. I'm not liking the nav system & still have to use my phone for G-maps otherwise I'd jump on that one

Not too much you can do with the nav unless you upgrade the stereo to CP or AA. Coincidentally, that's where I'm at now.

That's probably gonna be the plan. I'm swapping out all the crap halogens 2moro & getting windows tinted. Trying my very best not to get a lift but it's been really hard to avoid those thoughts

Looking at this - I might get one so I can actually charge my phone.
How’s the overall quality with it? Does it look good, like a factory unit, and have you had any issues with it at all?
