    Found this Local sale, trying to determine brand/model, and if I can use with a soft tonneau cover or if the railings will cause issues.

    It looks like a thule model.
    I don't think it will work with the tonneau cover.... how would you mount it using the 4 clamps per side. Looks like they mount under the rail.

    That's what I figured. Would be a hassle to remove the rails / install rails, etc... as needed.

    definitely can't use that with a tonneau cover. it's not wide enough
