It'll drop a bit once I get the rear bumper on, too. Stage IIIs with basically no extra weight in the bed aside from a pair of 5-gallon gas cans and some tools put me 4.5 inches over where I'd been with the same load in the morning.

Welp, new truck is coming this week. I’ll be stripping down/simplifying the Taco down to sell come spring time.
If you’re looking for something take a look at the build or ask and lemme know.

Finally getting around to posting... This storm was a pain for us. Hopefully you guys all had an easy time! We had almost a foot out in Swansboro and the east side had about 18", no power for 6 days, our furnace freaked out and stopped working for a day then decided to work again, lots of trees down. Got to help my neighbors drop some snags and cleared an oak from a driveway, pulled another neighbor from our ditch that likes to eat cars (3 or 4 in 2 years) and just drove around for a bit with the wife.

Here in Camino we had no power for 8.5 days. Though I don’t recall as many trees down in our area. That’s not saying there wasn’t a couple hundred, but I never counted. I went back out a few days later and there were trees hanging off of nearly everything.

Some friends in GV are in the same boat. As the snow melted, they could see the missing power pole. It fell and no one heard it.

I’m down to wheel. Fully stock rig though so I will be the strap bunny all day for sure.
