    its not a steak. its a slow baked @225* full ribeye thats heavily rubbed with salt,pepper,garlic,and rosemary. if you want it doner then they put it in the oven. you never grill or fry prime rib. if you do its a ribeye steak. dont ask for steak sauce or ketchup. it comes with a au zus made from reduced drippings from the pan and horseradish.:thumbsup:
