Decided to do an oil change today and my filter housing cap won’t come out. When I put the 3/8” extension into it to back it out, it spins the housing. Any ideas?

Fixed my issue by just dropping the whole housing down with cap still in tact.

Not sure if you are familiar with the Dakar rally, but it started today. 14 days 5000miles and 400+ vehicles competing. It is currently being held in Saudi Arabia. It was in south America for the last 10 or so years.
Check it out for some awesome endurance cross country style racing from motorcycle,quad, UTV, cars/trucks, and then the big trucks.

Just don't let the smoke out of the wires, the smoke is very important to make the wires work correctly.

I know all too well about the magic smoke.

 

Took a quick ride to O'Reillys to get some wire so I can power my relay/fuse block. I was looking at what they had and realized that I underestimated what gauge wire I'm going to need.

Put the stuff back and bought Fast Orange hand soap (I was out of hand soap anyways so the trip wasn't a total loss).

 

I thought you were going to say you found money or something like that.

I checked tracking and some of my parts should be here tomorrow and not today
Hope to get a phone call from the parts guy at Toyota to give me an ETA on the dash harness.

 

I'm in Brookfield, and been checking Monster and Indeed every day.

Looking for anything that sounds fun to be honest. Obviously looking for something close/local, and anything that sounds like I may have some experience in and could be a good fit.

And my co-worker apparently caught the rona from his dad, and is taking today and tomorrow as sick days.
