    Yes that's a lot of work. I didn't do the engine compartment because mine was originally black and it still works with color combination I went with.

    All kinds 3 inch body lift/2 1/2 suspension lift. 31/11 1/2/15 tires All work done by myself for years. The only work performed by mechanic was fuel pumps. I also have a 90 Mustang 350 hp and I can never understand how come my Tacoma gets more respect Just got a 99 Jeep TJ that I rebuilt, and painted in the garage
    Looks good...Better than most

    Like he said at least a small lift at this point. Step it up brother you have the nice Tacoma

    Was going for a stock look. Only custom thing part on it is the hood. My idea was to make it look like a special edition that would have rolled out if the dealership.

    Thanks. I made it myself one of the most time consuming part of the build. Took one from a 2019 TRD Sport and merged it with the original hood on mine. For it I used structural panel bond and rivets, finished it with some fiberglass reinforced filler and regular body filler.

    I replaced a motor in my buddies FJ80, among other repairs. They are costly to maintain. They are crazy good off road though, my Tacoma couldn't hang with his FJ.
