New here and in for 2022! Went up Mosquito road yesterday trying to get to Wentworth Springs from Placerville. We were here last week to catch the start of the snow, now there are lots of downed trees. We spent around 4 or 5 hours clearing trail, made it about 5 miles but didn't get to Wentworth Springs and had to turn around. Used the hell out of the three chainsaws and two winches we had. Lots of fun.

Just let me know when. I'm normally free most Sundays.

I need to start cutting my cab mount so I can fit 35s, been meaning to do this but just a little nervous. I always get nervous when I'm going to be cutting something off the dang truck.

Was just gonna say, "we need a redo!!"

We practically used all recovery gears that day. NOTE TO SELF: instead Digging, pulling, pushing. Use the hi-lift. As we should've, to put the tracks underneath.. lifting part probably much easier than all those. :frusty:

I'm stuck working in Eureka through the 13th. Assuming I don't have to head right back on the 16th, I might be down for the weekend after next.

    In for some fuckery!

Currently have Fox 2.5 adjustable reservoir coilovers and rear shocks from AccuTune, Icon UCAs and RXT leaf pack, Archive Garage U bolt flip kit, SCS Ray 10s, and 285/70r17 Maxxis RAZR AT tires waiting to be installed. Hopefully within the next couple weeks.

This is gonna be a good year :).
(As long as the girlfriend doesn’t kill me for using the spare bedroom as my truck parts storage unit)

Last winter I put a 2" gash in a sidewall. I ordered up some cold vulcanizing compound to fix it. The stuff likes to cure at 70 degrees or warmer. It was 36 in my garage. So I start a fire in the wood burner which I hardly ever do. A few minutes go by and my wife, who is always cold, think it's such a nice romantic gesture on a cold Sunday. Five minutes later I roll the tire into the living room and put it next to the wood burner. :crapstorm:
