I mean, that's not too terrible bad in the mill/lathe world. Most of them at the manufacturing plant everything had to be programmed by "hand". Some had 5 1/4" disk. The lasers had more modern computers, I think Windows XP. They worked ok for the most part. Except for that one time it got confused and sent the table out with the garage door down

What about buying a pistol there, do you have to go get a permit to buy a handgun?

That is one of the main reasons I got my permit, for those impulse buys and not having to wait

Do you have to be on meth to live in Missouri or is that optional?

    Asking for a friend.

    A bunch..and no build thread!
I had a CCW when I lived in FL and open carried when I lived in WA State. I had guns all over when I lived in KY, but now, back in NY, I got nothing..because it sucks here.

We can open carry here without a permit but have to wait 3 days for a purchase permit if we want to buy a pistol without a CC permit. Long guns are a simple background check and you can walk out with it.

While I think open carry generally makes for polite society, it also makes you the target. In a situation where there is a robbery or something similar, the open carrier has to react quickly with force. The concealed carrier can wait until they turn their back or attention elsewhere.

I don't want people to know I'm carrying.

Tires for me too, my originals have 38,000 on them. :pout:

I have noticed that every year seems to end up an expensive year for one reason or another... :frusty:

With three pedals you can if you choose. Mind you, my attraction for that kind of thing passed long ago along with the Skyjacker air shocks, Lakewood traction bars and Cheery Bomb mufflers. (and 8 track players too...)

2022 has a rough start for the shop, my coworker that runs our lathes is 65 years old and called and told the boss he has something going on with his feet and has blisters on them and can't put shoes on. Not sure when he'll be back in so that leaves the other guy out in the shop to do everything and he's only working today and tomorrow this week

Little bit of this and that
    Re: Poll

TX does not require a LTC (license to carry) anymore but I do have mine...helps with the impulse buys and repriocity with neighboring states when I travel (NM and CO specifically).
