Does anyone sell or have a design (3D model) for a 4WD switch cover? Getting a bit nervous about people moving the switch instead of the climate control by accident.

I agree. I've confused the switches before :anonymous:

Don’t let people touch your knob without supervision? It’s not that hard to avoid turning the wrong dial if you’re not an idiot.

I don't worry about it getting mistaken for the HVAC controls, I do still try pushing it to start my truck occasionally though.

I’ve got meso rings on all the interior knobs. The 4wd is ajdesigns it’s distinctly different both in shape and color. FA763827-4499-4985-BCB4-AA7DBBD5E40A.jpgThe exterior for the 4wd is still the meso sleeve because the ajdesign in full voodoo blue stood out a little much

Hoping for a full cover, like those switches you can find. Perhaps something with a spring or magnet closure?

Recently my moms been in town and using my truck which made me nervous. I've grabbed it by accident too.

The switch is electronic so even if they or you were to rotate it by accident? The truck would refuse to engage the 4WD, the light on your dash will blink, and you can just turn the switch back. Or if you're driving straight and at a low enough speed it will engage and you can just turn the switch back to disengage the 4WD.
    Either that?
Or try getting a big wooden spoon and when anyone messes with your controls? Smack them with the spoon! "Tell them to sit tight and shut up!" LMAO!!

Non issue, it goes into 4wd who cares just switch it back, the 4wd system isn't made of glass. If it gets put into 4 low while you're driving, it will beep and blink at you, so just switch it back.

Fair enough. Threw something together. Magnets come in a couple of days and I'll make a couple of other changes to it (dowels to prevent twisting, lower profile, maybe a cutout on the top right to follow the dash's profile)
