Posting in this thread due to all the cool gear you guys have introduced me too. I think I may have found a deal. Harbor Freight is now selling Jackery products. And if I'm reading this correctly, the Jackery 1000 is just about half price of what it's selling for at Amazon. Amazon has it at $999, and HF has it for $549. What am I missing? Understand it doesn't come with panels, but a $450 difference? If this is legit, I'm picking one up today.

That’s the 500. They are just marketing weird. You have to go by the continuous watts, not the peak watts.

Do I see a brown and white auxiliary heater on the tailgate?

I was contemplating the Valley Of Fire Trail run/marathon. Your photos are better than the ones they have!

In park for me. There are many super cool spots within the red rock, some nearly /in/ them.

    Oh man…
Cool little BLM spot at saddleback mountain. There were some awesome hippie busses parked out there, didn’t grab any pics of those…

    Oh man…
Aguirre Spring Campground last night. Awesome place! The evening and morning were both amazing, wind and rain HAMMERED all night. Didn’t show the wind on the weather report, just rain so I left the awning up out back. Luckily only bent one of the polls, easily replaced. Scrambled my ass off taking it down and rolling it back up around midnight. Lifted the lower part of the tent (ladder section) up about a foot them came back down while I was in it. It was definitely a no sleep night  Tent powered through it, I was impressed. Going to see about some lines going from the bottom of the tent to the ground.
