Hey guys, anyone that preordered I sent out an update email.


To whoever said in previous posts about shipping ports being backlogged...

You jinxed me


But at the end of the day my hands are tied, everything is done just waiting on the shipping carrier. After talking with some other vendors, it seems this is industry wide as far as shortages/delays/etc. Now it's basically watching paint dry and tracking the shipment everyday

 

Appreciate the update, as well as the transparency!

 

I work in the Alcohol industry and so much of our products (All imported liquor) are stuck at the port of Oakland every week. Most of my job over the last year has been to take complaints from customers since they can't get the inventory they need. A lot of out of stocks with our products everywhere. It's the way of life now a days.

 

Do we get extra stickers for the wait?.. @MESO

Stew I'm in the electrical trade and as most people know LED lighting, wiring devices, lots of aluminum building wire amongst countless other products come from overseas. I've been putting up with deadline misses for at least a year and a half...domestically made PVC conduit right now carries a 14 to 16 week delivery time (used to be 5-7 working days). Hey, it is what it is....we appreciate keeping us informed via e-mail. We feel your pain too.

 

I was fully aware of the possibility of delays when I preordered and of course went ahead with it due to your past history with customer service and product quality. The open communication and updates are another thing that sets you apart from the Katies and makes this a non-issue. It's when dealers go ghost, leave me to wonder or check social media accounts that I start to have a problem. That's never been the case here and you will continue to have my support as long as you keep up current methods. Looking forward to those lights and happy to wait.

 

Open communication is key! I've been trying to get a specific online vendor Tacoma Xxxxxxxxx (who's name I won't fully callout) to credit my account for over a month now on a cancelled order with zero success so companies like Meso are a breath of fresh air.

 

I preordered from Tacomabeast so I didn’t receive the MESO email. Can someone post it here or send it to me? Thanks

 

Basically it could be delayed by a month. That's all you really need to know for now.
