https://www.discounttire.com/buy-tires/goodyear-wrangler-mt-r-with-kevlar These are what I run. 63#, .02 shorter than their 35” brothers 21/32 tread depth and narrow enough to solve major clearance issues ( I did a 2” trim and CMC). I’ve been pretty damn happy with them off-road.

what size? I do like that the 315 and 35 are almost 1/2" taller than my KM3 315's. Still pretty heavy though.

As far as tires go, my wildpeak at3s have more than exceeded my expectations. They do pretty good overall, I have used them in very light slow a few times only but they seemed to work very well. They didnt work good in snott mud, aka clay dirt but that may have been my fault as I didn’t air down at the time. I have the LT E rated versions. I have read the passenger rated ones don’t last very long. Mine have been on here for a few years now and still look almost new.
Might not be the lightest tire but they work well which is something I can appreciate especially since I hardly have my spare tire on me.

The current Milestar Patagonia ATR is pretty light in the 35” size, I think 64lbs.

They also just announced a new ATR Pro that looks way better for Sumer 2022. Hopefully still cheap and lightweight like the current at offering. I may get these.

Second the AT3s (passenger rated here). Run them on the taco and GX460. Not as sturdy as my coopers st maxx but waaaay lighter. Good for highway, snow and dirt roads.

    Mods? Yes, oh yes..
bfg ko2 C in 315/70/17 113S = 63lb. that's a f ton of tire for that weight. tall skinnies are always an option to shave weight

Just swapped to Toyo Open Country C/T 285/75/16 in Load C. I think they are 61lbs. Huge improvements over the load E 285's I had before

52 lbs would be like driving a race car along with the brake and possible rim adds could potentially drop 30lbs a wheel

when i stepped up to 33's i first had the ko's 1st gen. not bad in dirt, hard pack, light sand, light mud/ soft dirt. "most of what i put them through" but after about a year to a year and a half they got slick on the dry asphalt and was like ice when it rained. i changed rim size and whne with the at3's. i have had them about 4 years ish. so far so good they have been consistent as can be. i have not had them in snow. i am still about 3 ish mm above the wear bars. they are the p rated tires. i was looking for lighter tires. I AM STILL ON THE QUEST FOR LIGHTER TIRES!! i am thinking of going with 275/70R17 for my next set. "i know, i know, they are smaller not bigger."

exactly what m y Ko2's 2nd gen started to do. When it was wet it was like an ice rink. scary and fun in the snow but never in a really good way.

I keep throwing a CEL p0174 whenever I'm towing with the truck over an hour it seems. If I clear it, it'll stay gone until I'm towing again. Anyone ever had this?

Cleaned maf, plugs are pretty new. 4.0 SC with 65k miles. Truck still seems to drive fine but my AFR are a lil richer.

Do you have individual AFR sensors for both banks or are you reading the average of the two?
