Shoveling it could be an ambulance ride if I was lucky, a slower ride if I wasn't.

The owner is getting antsy wanting to get his money so that's not an option at this point. I'll have the money in there by then, but it's gonna be tight...

 

Tell seller to reduce price by 4k for an upgraded 200 amp electrical mast service. He's a contractor right? He will know that's not a bad price for upgrade.

 

Sounds good in theory, but they're not even making that on the sale

And damn, I hope adding 200amp to the house ain't gonna be 4K. If so, that'll be a while before I can do that

 

Meter will need to be relocated with new service. West Penn Power requirements, meter located within 15 feet on nearest corner of service drop. So within 15 feet on sidewall or front wall. Mast service on front wall would be awesome.

Best thing about this schedule is that no matter what happens today I get to moonwalk out at 1530 and not worry about the rest of the production week.

 

Good morning. Nearly 40 degrees here. The latest weather forecast on the local news has my area getting about an inch or so from Thursday night into Friday. No big deal, but the forecast does call for a wind chill temp in the single digits Friday morning, so bundle up.

 

Icy as Fook out here. Raods are sheets of ice. And haven't seen any salt trucks yet. What is going on jersey they slacking.

 

Thank God I'm off on Friday.

 

My local news had a report today that PA DOT, at least here in the west, was at 94% fully employed for regular workers and only at 41% of 700 positions for the temp workers. So, a shortage of workers probably means some roads are going to get treated later than sooner, or not at all.

 

I actually saw on the news the other night how they were talking about pa having a shortage on state and county workers especially for the plowing season.

 

Let's hope for little snow and ice.
