I don't think the winch will fly if proper fasteners are used. By my eye-crometer FEA, if anything the angle iron will just bend and twist when overloaded, at the A/C condenser line cutout.

I am using stock crash bolts (all 6) that are sandwiched with L-bracket that ties further in the frame and two 17mm bolts underneath. :fingerscrossed:

I meant proper fasteners to mount the winch to the cradle lol. Can't have a weak link there either.

Saw one or two ghost towns and mines but if you stop for every piece of rusted metal and hole in the mtn in the park you will be there for weeks. I like the natural stuff better.

That was Eureka Dunes which is 2+ hours of heavy washboard each way from Artists Pallet. Close by Death Valley standards lol.

Artists pallet fast at night? Some super tight turns in there. Your truck must handle more like a sports car than mine.

lol, I drove it in 2018 in a rental camero with messed up front suspension. I dont remember the washboard taking 2hrs in that rental car, hehehehe. My co-pilot at the time was watching google maps and calling out turns. It is hella tight tho even with the heap I had.

When your daily is more of a truck than your truck nowadays, I’ll be missing the cargo capacity for sure :hattip:

Entire TJ axle also did fit inside, but don’t have picture maybe@tacoma16 has

Oh and it’s hauling my front and rear bumpers tommorow:bananadance:
