So thankful to have the opportunity to have a Super White 22’ TRD OR Tacoma. I received it luckily on New Years Eve! Also, 4 months ago we were very lucky to be able to find a 21’ Super White 4Runner 4x4 w/third row SR5. That beast has driven like a dream and the color is what motivated me even more to go for super white, as well as the engine, I really fell in love with the beefier feel of Toyota’s V6’s. I even liked the “sluggish” trait some complain about haha! It translated as power to me haha, you can really tell the power is there though, at least to me. The engine feels really satisfying to me and I came from a Ford Ranger which was very smooth, I like the Tacoma V6 more though! So now we’re super happy being a Toyota family and matching colors on top of that haha!

you again! Haha. We used to have a 5th gen 4Runner SR5 4x4 with the 3rd row seat too. I feel like the 4.0L v6 in the 4Runner is a bit stronger than the 3.5L in the taco, but once rolling they feel pretty similar. Both pretty sluggish to me, but they perk up in ECT mode. What do you think?

Yup! haha I’m figuring out the posting and all I guess. Sorry for the late reply! So busy, but I’m happy for the weekend finally and getting to spend some time on here haha. How did the Runner treat y’all?? So I totally agree with you and always saw why the 4.0 is loved. I could tell right away that it was more powerful and definitely smoother but still in the same family of engine feel. Also that they’re sluggish but I don’t mind it and like both a lot. Feels like they’ll last! Now for the ECT mode, I have not yet tested and haven’t felt like I’ve needed to but I’m excited to feel what the difference is when the time comes! haha
