    Remember, Birthdays are overrated.
After you have so many, you don’t know what to do with them.

Good morning friends. Thanks for the Birfday wishes. I’m older than some and younger than others. As of today, I can now move to one of those retirement age restricted communities.

Oh, and having yellow snow fall is so touching on my day…

    Good morning all.

I-95 made the national news with the snow and traffic jams. That area is above me about a hundred miles. I hate that stretch of interstate especially south bound coming out of DC. Its almost always overcrowded with stop and go traffic. One little snowflake and boom you are stuck. One little accident because someone was texting and you are stuck. The snow happened on Sunday and the Interstate is still closed of above Richmond going into DC.
Pack emergency essentials in your trunk like water, non perishable food, blankets flares ect. Full tank of gas. Pack that stuff if you are even in that neck of the woods for any reason. Especially the winter time.

At least you are up in Maine where you can at least go to your warm house. Imagine being stuck on I-95 for up to 20 hours. That stretch of highway is always crowded with very heavy traffic.

I keep trying to tell my girls when they plan transports Richmond south and Philadelphia and north never both in the same trip so I don’t have to go anywhere near Washington. I’m not sure there is a good time to go through there.
