We had tacos last night..in a bid to say farewell to carbs..we did it in glorious style.

Alas, today it is back to carb-free as the holidays are over. Strictly meat and chees for me again.

I am partial to good bread, pizza and pasta..it kills me but I do it. Because I want to fit on my motorcycle and in the cab of my truck.

I went mostly carb free for a good part of last year and lost quite a bit of weight. The only thing I did I different from you is I added low carb veggies. I also stopped eating out but that was mostly because it got just too dang expensive.

Veggies are my mortal enemy..lol. Except for corn and sweet potatoes. I love me some sweet potatoes and they are carb diet friendly.

I'm allergic to normal potatoes, and I get too burnt out on sweet potatoes. Any good recipes?

Honestly, I just bake them, load them with butter and make mashed potatoes out of them with some finely crushed garlic. We also cube them and roast them with paprika and onion powder to make sweet potato home fries.
