Do Koreans not have a word for spicy? All of my spicy Korean noodles say spicy in Chinese on them too.

 

I found I prefer the flavor and heat of this one.

 

I've never been to Korea, but they say the food is spicy. So you know it's on my bucket list of places to visit.

 

The black shin cups? Them are bangers

You can get the Shin Black at Walmart. At least they have them at ours.

I usually get them at the asian market thought cause it's cheaper and they have a great selection of others. Even their Nissin cup of noodles selection is better.

 

It's good for entertainment and self affirmation.

I try to avoid Walmart as much as possible. My local supermarket has the red version, but it's 3x the price compared to any Asian market that has them. It's like a standard item at any Asian market I've been to.

 

Oh damn there's a 3x spicy version! Not sure I'm brave enough...

 

It's pretty hot. I usually throw a bunch of tteokbokki or pot stickers in there and add some American swiss cheese to cream it up. Don't use real cheese, it doesn't break down.
