Still have both of the 4Runners. Just can't afford to drive them right now lol. I did finally get rid of those ugly ass SR5 rims on the 4th gen.

I wanted to ask everyone in Central Florida/Tampa area if they have a recommendation for Drive shaft work. I'm gonna replace the crap T-Case that comes in the 4th gen V8 4Runner (electronic servos go bad), with a manual FJ/5th gen case. The lengths will be a little different for both front and rear drive shafts when I do the swap.

Have you experienced the 4th gen 4R's rear window spontaneously exploding? Apparently it's a thing.

Glad to hear. Apparently it's caused by a poor solder in the defroster causing non-uniform heating. Avoid using it!

 

I have some spindles that I’ll be doing a full boxed gusset setup on from drt fabrication. If anyone is wanting to beef up their suspension soon.

these spindles will be for people who don’t run a sway bar.
