    Good tip! Let some PB soak in. I also suggest using an impact as it will "shock" the bolt and help break it free

    V2 mold underway! This will 2 parts fused together with the Main body being rigid ABS, and the inner “gasket” a flexible rubber. This will make it much easier to insert/remove the cap, along with fitting any aftermarket locking gas cap:D

    Also going to include a nice finish stainless screw in the package since the stock one can get buggered up when trying to remove it

    Unfortunately the gasket won’t work on the original versions. It is molded into the plastic during the plastic injection process.

    V2's are just about ready. The biggest change is the inner ring which is rubber and dual molded into the main gasshole. This will make it easier to pull in/out, and also fit aftermarket caps perfectly. :D
