What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

It was done by @SubaruTheTacoma , but can be done by any of the tuner guys in your region. I don't know who is out in MA, but am sure there is someone around. They range about $250-$275 ish... one time cost. Got mine done after I couldn't stand the shift lag.
It was great when I had it, but I think a visit to the dealership wiped it out somehow. Was totally worth it tho.
However, I think next time I will do KDMAX tune.

These mirrors are seriously the best (looking) that feature an inset mirror.

They also have a heated mirror option that's decent, although the inset mirror is not heated and like any other heated mirror they have "hot spots" rather than fully defrosting.

Only downside is I can see these getting destroyed next winter when they ice over and I'm chipping them off in the morning. Time will tell!

If price is an issue, there are similar OEM RAV4 mirrors that also fit and have a (fixed) inset mirror.

What do you mean by a post? I assumed the v1 or v2 was in relation to the jbl radio

 

The plastic cap on the grab handle. I managed to break a tab on one when I removed it for the tweeter install.

 

No the Rav 4 knobs have an outer ring that needs to be removed. Not the post.

 

Seems to be some questions/concerns out there regarding the AJT radio knobs and which ones to get.

@toku58 corrected me above. The piece is actually a little different on the Rav4 knobs.

Regardless, yes, the piece just pops right out; no breaking, totally reversible.

Amber/Yellow is better on the eyes in heavy snow/fog/rain/dust. You'll get a lot less reflection. Better vision is my experience and sexy AF.

Fasho... I saw a post of a local Jeep Gladiator enthusiast in my town... driving here in Idaho through the snow showing the difference between amber and white... literally night and day.
Never knew how bad the stock fogs are on my 19 SR5 until I was driving from Boise to Seattle.... I think someone said "basically running lights"
