Funny How that seems to happen as more and More of retire for what ever reason.

I got an email from a former coworker my former Boss stated when Bivouac was here I knew the shit would get done now I can`t trust you guys to find a light bulb let alone change it when the bulb is in you hand.

He said things got real quiet when the boss thought about what He said.

I guess it depends what your used to! Growing up in farm country and working around them since 12 Quite a few missing hands and arms some lost everything..

Last one I heard was at a Waste to Electric plant outage Poor communication caused a premature detonation of det cord

People have work related accidents in every job out there.

A accident that would maybe get a line or two in the local paper 25 years ago now can be spread around the world.

Lady bugs are awful, we get them in the house every year. Cat was watching one banging on the light a few minutes ago before I sucked it up in the cordless vacuum.

    I can 100%agree
Having spent the last 23 ish year in FD and for a while my pt job was ER for 19 it can give you ups and down. The older I get the more I want to spend it in the woods or with the bees, but these things have helped me find balance with my career.

    Goodmorning crew :pccoffee:
My usual 45 minutes into work early. Sometimes I think about changing up my routine and getting in 5 minutes or so:confused:
One thing for certain is I sure feel better in the morning if I go to bed early enough to get at least 7 hours sleep.
We had power interruption yesterday morning and although power was back up early afternoon, our internet is still down. Makes it hard to do my job of looking over work packages difficult. Impossible even.

The thing about coming in to work a few minutes before start time? The 50+ people who do it daily :goingcrazy: all having to go through security much like you see at airport.
