I actually don't remember much of the Natural History museum...been several years since I've been there. The dinosaur skeletons on display are cool to see in person, and I think that's where the La Brea tar pits are at as well. But the Science Center probably has a more immersive overall science experience. If you're more into paleontology and stuff then the Nat History museum would be more interesting.

 

They should make it so that the gun shoots out play dough beads or something
