Facing the shelves is simple customer service. It shows the customer (subconsciously) that you care about your product.

I was taught from an very early age that your work is a picture of yourself, you never know just who might come along and use your work as a first (and lasting) impression of who the worker is.

Short version: If it is worth doing, it is worth doing right.

Ok.. so the the table goes from left to right or right to left? Back to front or front to back?

That picture was a little confusing because most cutters work in the RH rotation.
But figure 2, yes the table in that instance would feed from left to right.

So much yes! I was taught that at a young age myself.

Fortunately, I work for a company that teaches it's employees the same. It's nice to work at a place where people care, or are paid to care, about the little things.

Be tough on a band saw that thick and big. Ain’t no telling what it would weigh before taking shape.

What is needs is airflow if they’re air cooled condensing units. Water cooled, no problem.

Ouch! I was figuring about $1K; that seems a little excessive, but, you gotta pay to play.

Some are on the bottom of the cool/freezer. Not a fan. Picks up too much from the floor. Vacuum once a month keeps ‘er honest. Nothin’ like openin’ up to spoiled product. Just can’t have it. Evap. Unit looks like new.
