Mine is the hooded jacket with the elastic waist. Fit fucking perfect with my framing/electrical tool belts back in the day.

Side note, it was a rude shock when I tried to put on my electrical tool belt the other day and I couldn’t get the damn thing buckled. Not even close

 

Yeah, I have no idea who the hell they use to come up with their sizes.

I'm a medium everything, but with Carhartt I'm a small.

But then, the small jacket is a bit too short from my waist and medium leaves me feeling like I need to be stretch armstrong with their long ass sleeves

 

That's how I felt when I put on my first pair of snowboard pants a few winters ago. They were a jeans style so there wasn't any give whatsoever.

 

The beanies are really nice.

Carhartt's a weird brand now. You can buy it at Farm and Fleet or at the store in Chicago that looks like this

 

And they even have the gut hammock vests

 

It's the hot topic for the young tradesmen's

I can't imagine ever trying their pants.

I have several hoodies and jackets, as well as one long sleeve FR shirt; love the fit of the shirt but hate its fire resistance even for a CAT2.

 

Their pants, well the non bougie ones that are just canvas... are very fire resistant. Dickies on the other hand.... those nylon shits are like napalm

 

I thought only cholos wore dickies?

When you've got a bag full of Klein tools and still use the ones provided by work so you don't damage your own set

 

I replaced all the hose clamps in my Tacoma with those. Only the best for the ol '98.

 

Looks pretty nice, I'll be interested to hear how you like it. Does your transmission go into overdrive in low range? It does on mine but I know auto tacomas won't.
