Well I have been lurking around this website since August and I can no longer stay quite. This site has become such an addiction that I drool when I see a child holding a dollar bill. My mind quickly runs off thinking….lift, tires, lights, grille, speakers….ahhhhhhh.
Ok well here is my story, I am 26 and have been driving a jeep the last 10yrs, except when my first jeep was stolen I drove a cobalt for 8 months and I hated every sec of it. Never did I ever think I would be driving anything else than a Wrangler but a guess as part of my maturing process (whatever) I decided I wanted something a little more comfortable and definitely more room. So on July 30th 2010 I decided to get rid of my money pit and grow up……
My EX (7” lift, 35”MT Claws, ARB Front & Rear, 4.88 Gears, winch, ok now I’m crying:()

The following day (July 31) I grew up and became a mature member of society.

Then it hit me……maturity is fruits and vegetables. So after the short drive home from the dealer with my 09 Prerunner SR5, I logged on to the internet (BTW everything on the internet is 100% true) and quickly started shopping. Keep in mind that I bought this truck because I wanted I can travel 50-100 miles with no issues while caring passengers so I kept trying to convince myself….MILD.
First step was lift, rims and tires:
Tuff country 3” spacer kit w/AAL
    17” Warrior 375 wheels
    285/75/R17 Buckshot Mud Tires
    [IMG]

That is all that is installed now but the next phase is in the audio dept. I have ordered a nice HU along with the Polk 6.5” component speakers for the front doors. An amp and sub are in the near future as well as a million other things I’m sure. All I know is that I have learned 2 things recently: First is WOW, I really think I can get used to this whole “Yota” thing and Second is dang, maybe it isn’t just Jeep people that have community that have people who take pride in what they drive.
Thank you TW for the valuable members you have brought together and I only hope I can serve you well by bringing my short lived experience to the table.
