I would buy that in a heartbeat. I absolutely hate those control layouts.
Pretty much only 2 things I hate about my Tacoma that I can't change, those audio controls and not having auto headlights. Every other weird design choice I don't mind too much or have fixed in some way.

Mine has the auto headlights and honestly I'm unimpressed. They react a bit too fast, even flicking on and off traveling under a wide overpass. I just turned my headlights on permanently and problem solved. I have a list of other things that do annoy me about the truck that I'm slowly working through though but the two things I can't figure out how to change are the audio controls and how to retrofit OEM-grade full keyless functionality into the truck since Toyota decided MT's can't have that for some reason.

ARE topper. Mud guards, factory steps, third bed rail behind cab, tacorail accessory holder, ram mount tablet mount, hood wrap and retro stripes. Bug shield and window shields. Molle seat cover on tear seat.
Rescued my school teacher wife. School let out early but the 20 mile drive was too long for her Corolla and roads became bad. She parked at a grocery store 10 miles from home and we left the car there for now.
I put new Duratracs on the Taco back in November. They did great. Passed the snow plow in the ditch 4 miles from home.

    COOL Stuff I can't afford . . . But I bought anyway!
I would, only problem, I still have shocks on the truck. I bought a lightly used set of pro fox’s so I could get everything done and not have to take the truck apart while getting everything done. I’m just going to let the shop handle it. I’m paying for all the extra work anyway, and they’re putting the new UCA’s on too.

This is a very nice un-intrusive mounting system. Fairly solid and when you don't need the mounts you can remove the balls and you don't even see the bracket. I love mine!

Try going back and forth driving a 4runner and the Tacoma. It's confusing AF. The 4runner at least gets its own separate up and down volume button.

I just recently took the steering wheel apart to install AJT's color matched spokes, also in the hopes that I could just flip the controls counter clockwise. No luck. Unless you're an electronics wizard like Dave, it's all hard wired in there. Oh well.

I didnt take a good pic of it, once I saw it couldnt be done. That being said, if someone figures it out, my credit card is ready. I hate those controls.

I'm going to have to dig through my wiring diagrams to see if I can find that module. Knowing my luck it's CANbus.
