Has anyone removed and/or want to get rid of the amber grille lights for the pro grille. Snow storm seems to have ruined one of mine.

I really like the rack. I dig the fact that you can pull the crossbars off and load taller things in the center. Also, I like the storage pods. Why did you choose it? First impressions?

It was a choice between this and the c4, just liked the way this one flows just a little bit more, with the grill instead of in front of it.

Those rain guards are nice, very low profile. What %tint is that?

I had the frontrunner load bars, mainly for transporting our bicycles on trips. They prevented me from being able to load taller things in the truck. The rooftop tent that I would like to get will extend over the cab so I needed something that got the tent up higher. I am not a fan of shells, but wanted something with some level of secured storage. My first impressions, this rack is amazing. Very well engineered and very high quality. I really like the pods (I have the large one coming as well) and the fit and finish is perfect. I highly recommend this rack if your budget allows.

thanks the rain guards are the avs in channel which have been nice since it’s always rainy where I live. I got 15% tint all around so it’s a little darker in the back over the factory tint.

Yeah I’ve watched a few videos. The Avs look nicer but it’s a short straw to get one that isn’t damaged in packaging. I’m contemplating on doing 5% all around.

I didn’t even know there was an issue with getting damaged ones, guess I got lucky! I like the look of 5% but not the visibility out. Even at 15% there are times I have to roll down the window to see but that probably is partly because of it being dark and rainy. If you live somewhere that gets some sun 5% would be nice.
