I could have used that song 2 days ago. This asshole passed me on the shoulder of the on ramp. He cut right in front of me and almost became an angel. There are lots of stupid people out there. Throw in the lack of patience and we gots us a party!

About 8 years ago, my dad passed away. I flew from New York (JFK) to Las Vegas (closest airport to his place) and rented a minivan. After his funeral, I filled up the minivan with a few boxes of stuff I hadn't previously taken form his place, and drove it back to New York. I had planned this out very carefully, checked with various car rental companies, etc.. When I went to turn the van in at the airport in Islip, NY... the agent tried to tell me I owed an additional $1500 fee for dropping off at a different location than where I picked it up. I had to pull out my original contract with (don't recall now which company it was) that explicitly stated I was picking up in Vegas, dropping off in New York, and that I had paid all charges/fees in full at the time of picking it up, so I owed nothing else. The desk agent in NY wasn't too happy, but there was nothing he could do.

 

Random. Friend of mine blew a blood vessel in his eye.

I mean this in the nicest way possible, please go piss up a rope! It's 16º here with a WC of 11º!

 

8 degrees here, just spent 2 hours checking trail cameras. The walk felt good after being cooped up for 5 days.
