Did you see the 8-K BBIG just released? They bought back, and canceled, 600K shares to meet NASDAQ compliance.

Also, TYDE now has a CIK number. I just confirmed on EDGAR. Once it gets a CUSIP number it's legal and tradeable. This shit might actually happen. I was giving it some thought today. If they release the TYDE PR Monday and also make Monday the record date that means JAN 21 is the last day for shorts to cover since it goes live Monday the 24th in that case. The 21st is also monthly options expiry.

If they set this up it could be the perfect storm. My hopes are low but my stoke is high.

 

There's so much shit that's been talked about management but Lisa King is the real deal and a very smart women. If the quiet period is over I doubt she's staying silent for any other reason then to make sure all the boxes are checked. If they do what I hope they do the next 2 weeks could bring buying pressure back. It's a long shot but at least it's possible. We'll know for sure in 62 hours. lol
