I made myself a dual NEMA 6-50R/14-50R for my welder and air compressor. Just as long as they aren't both running at the same time it's fine. Unconventional jumpers behind the scenes though.
Welder came with a 6-50R male end though - Harbor Freight Titanium - and I bought my own compressor cord to go in the other side.

The 95 is probably the best running one I’ve got. The 98 close second. 02 third… 01 still no done

NEMA 10-30R is what my dryer outlet is in my rental house. I just assumed it's what older homes had. I have an adapter to plug my extension cord in for my welder. I barely weld now since I have to leave the door into the garage open 2 inches for the massive extension cable.

well this bed popped up locally. if its cheap the flatbed idea is out the window. because this ones the correct color and even has the same stock graphics (the flames would need to go bye bye)

other photos show minimal rust. i'd be getting the inside line x coated.

That’s right it’s a really old type of 220v plug no one really uses anymore. My air compressor is from 1999 so it makes sense as to why it uses that.

When your cats get stolen you weld a pipe in their place than put that between the sensor and the sensor flange

    bam... no check engine light

They used to be like 10 bucks though

    Stock again- rip slug
Doc lobbed me an Amazon gift card yesterday after that crazy shift as a thank you. Thinking of getting jack stands to be ready when i tackle this rear end on the slug. Does anyone have recommendations for jack stands on there? should i go with 3 ton ones?

    Thank you in advance

I use 3 tons for just about everything, but they're just barely tall enough since my floor is all wonky.

I'd check the minimum and maximum height and see how that might work with your setup, not sure what the distances are on yours.

Safejack seems to like the omega brand bottle jacks, who also appear to make jackstands. I don't recognize any of the other brands i saw on Amazon.

You might also consider saving the Amazon card for weird shit you need quick, and get the jackstands locally. Theres always something I can't find locally and I need before I leave.

My HF stands haven't dropped... Yet

Though I did verify they weren't part of the recall

I use 3T stands for the rear axle or to hold up the driveshaft or hubs when doing cvs, etc. They're too short for using on the frame though with the 33s. For his slug they should be fine though
