Probably. I’m drinking a protein shake after a bike workout.

 

unnecessary calories my friend, that shit adds up with age. I used to mtn bike and work out, carb up before hand and all that. Was pretty buff for a long minute.
Got fat anyway.

i log on while at work but work has been stupid busy lately so cant spend time chatting to you kids. Christmas lights are coming down this weekend too.

If i ever get a username vanity plate my life will truly have gone wrong

 

I have a vanity plate from way back that used to be on my Jeep.

It’s more than a little cringe now, but it’s still proudly on display in the shop
