Just had my rear leafs replaced and they are frowning. I am not referring to the overload leaf spring on the bottom of the leaf pack. The leaf springs above the bottom overload spring are bowed/arched. Please see pics below. Is this normal for new springs?

You'd probably get more help in the 1st gen forum.
Usually the overload leaf has a downward arch, opposite of the other leafs... however, it does look unusually extreme in OP's photos. But I'm not overly familiar with 1st gen leaf packs.

I guess every thread goes in the 3rd gen sub forum now.
    EDIT: beat to the punch.

If you’re talking about the very bottom leaf, it’s not. That’s the overload leaf.

    thats ugly......

woefully so the aftermarket do NOT have to build to a certifed level

OEM spring sets will wear & sag no less

a shop here intown that can replicate / build any spring set that has an impeccable reputation

Something looks wrong with that picture.
What kind of new springs did you put in there?
I'm going to take a look at at least one pair of my take off parts and report back. By memory the factory overload is much more straight than that.
Makes me curious about what you have installed because maybe that spring is indeed upside down. Contrary to what you said a few post earlier.
    More details please.

Make sure you're not comparing 3rd gen leafs to his 1st gen.

Well, so much for that idea...
I have the overload off of my 3rd gen sitting in the garage. I replaced with icon aal.
The second gen spring set are complete in the other garage, TRD Off Road.
I wasn't aware that much difference.

You can see the arch on the overload on the 2002 I had:

Yeah, once created, only a mod can move or delete it.

Just tag an active mod and they'll help.

@memario1214 can you move this to the Suspension sub? Or the 1st gen sub?
