I got my 16 OR ordered/allocated exactly how I wanted, which was with no sunroof or additional tech or safety packages. Out the door at $38k back in Jan 2016. I don't think there was a Pro for 2016. I would've considered it, because I was telling myself I was not going to mod this one. I kept the OR stock, besides a hidden winch, for quite a while and was pretty pleased with it. I will say if you plan on doing anything more than easy fire roads, the stock OR shocks will fade and the chassis will get overwhelmed very quickly. They are fine for slow going and even pretty comfortable on the street, but I couldn't believe the difference my 6112/5160 setup made.

I haven't driven a Pro, but as far as mechanical features, I think the question is how hard and how often will you push it off road. I'm sure the Fox shocks are far superior to the tiny bilsteins.

If you're eventually going to add a winch, fridge, and other electrical devices make sure the one you decide on has room under the hood near the firewall on the passenger side for a second battery. The Sport model does not have room there sadly, since you don't want to put extra stress on the radiator/fender thin sheet metal on the front driver side.

Have to ask (for a friend :oldglory:)... what specific tire size did you go with when you say "33s"? Did you change the wheels or use the stock 16" Pro wheels? And any interference (rubbing) issues that had to be handled? Thanks.

I believe it actually is a little different because of the electric brake booster in the OR and Pro versus the Sport's traditional style vacuum booster setup.

    The OP is BACK !!!

Thanks for over 7 pages of discussion, still have to go through the last 4 pages...

I am hinting at Long Bed, so it is mostly OR for me... but I have to see the best available deal and availability.
What state has the best deals for Tacos? I saw someone buy in one state and drive home 2K miles !!

Yup, like @5nahalf said, I've noticed that for some reason, the best deals seem to be in Pennsylvania. But even there I'd be surprised if you got anything for less than MSRP.
