Saw that few years back when a water main blew & flooded a unheated parking garage. Think some were there til June.

 

Anyone got good recommendation here on the dash cam? Nothing fancy just to record while driving, so many options I get paralysis by analysis.

 

I like the idea of the mirror dash cams. Does front and rear and gives better coverage out of the rear window. But I don't have one so

I've got a Thinkware f200, works good,

Blackvue makes a highly rated dashcam but they are more expensive.

i have Viofo A119 for over 4 years with zero problems. It’s nicely tucked in behind the mirror. Can’t even tell it’s there. Just bought another one to install in wife’s car.

I run a Papa Go S780. dual front and rear cameras (rear camera has a 20ft cable so it's stuck on the rear glass)
Don't pay Amazoom price since i just checked and at $600 for it is literally theft.

Paid around $250 at Canada Computers nearly 4 years ago with no issues.

 

Anymore Cams there & you might just qualify for Only Fans status.

 

thats more markup than teh ECGS bushings. I bet the bronc bushing could be had cheaper (looks like a standard top hat geo) with a custom igus part that can be ordered online in one of their high wear low friction materials.

 

I have a nextbase 622gw. Expensive, but feature rich and a great warrentee. Simple to use, plug and go basically.

 

My moms 2019 Jeep JL (6 speed) with sub 25k km died on her on the side of highway 9 this morning. Currently sending her photos of manual Tacomas while she waits for a tow.

 

Mom drives a solid front axle vehicle? Does she have bigger tires on the Jeep than yours too?
