Couldn't be happier with today's lift kit installation and CMC! Will definitely be back for more work down the road. Much appreciated!

Action shot! Nice! It was a pleasure meeting you man. I will say I was pleasantly surprised with the Iron Man suspension- the components were well made and used good hardware (mostly). Hopefully your shake down run proves the performance as well.

    Damn castle nuts!

Had fun at Hungry Valley on the way home -- didn't stay too long just some quick zips around the practice course but I'm quite happy with how it rides (though I will look forward to the rear end mellowing out some )

    Thanks again!

Sergio: Just a heads up I've got a (very small) thank you headed your way from Amazon. Should be there tomorrow and hopefully help you shave some seconds off of future install times.

I was actually pretty impressed with my time on @LiquidArrogance ’s truck. Was able to do a full suspension install and CMC in about 4 hours.

    Was referring to myself.

    "Can you do a CMC?"

Me - "it requires bending over right?"

Next time I see you remind me to show you how I do my CMCs. That way you can start doing them for the CenCal guys.

Man I feel you... MY back was sore after yesterday and I literally didn't do *ANYTHING* except to squat down periodically and watch Sergio work. Getting old sucks! (to make myself feel better, the time in the car for the drive didn't help either)

You'll learn well enough in school!

    Be surprised.

I'm taking a different welding course as we speak; check my sig (though I haven't updated 2 weeks of school work).

Not to deviate, but you'll find a lot there.

However, Sergio has always let me borrow his ear when I've needed advice on stuff and often gives others advice here when they need it. Definitely knows his stuff.

    Bike shit:

After serval iterations I finally have a quick release bracket finalized for the scooter. For now I’m testing with a laptop bag, but this is a perfect platform for me to attach any bag or case without having to buy or modify hardware for each “bag”.

This is the third style of mount that I made. The first was a traditional panier style frame, the second was a molle style panel but ultimately this style (inspired by a quick release fire extinguisher mount) ended up being the easiest and sturdiest.

After some finessing on the bracket to lighten it visually and literally.

and finally some texture matching with a wrinkle finish.

This is still in a testing phase and I may try to minimize the bracket further as I get more miles with it.
