Funny story, buddy and I went ice fishing this weekend, It’s northern BC so pretty rugged there. He has trd off-road and dedicated winter tires, otherwise pretty much same truck. He got stuck twice and I had to pull him out. He did not like that at all, haha.

Surprisingly I did not get stuck once and I’m running all weather tires, go figure.

 

We have weird choices here as you cannot get an OR AC in MT.

I'd like to think at this rate they would just start crushing every trade in because nobody would be dumb enough to spend so much on a used vehicle when you can get a new one for $100 more... but then I remember "humans". All hope is lost.

that’s the truth, I went with Chinese food tonight and that shit that used to cost me $20 is now $30! I don’t mind if the cost of goods go up but where’s my salary increase to keep up with the times. It’s like the middle class is treading water and someone stepping on our head LOL. if you’re rich it doesn’t affect you nearly as bad and if you’re poor you get free hand outs.

 

Better buy it now, in another couple weeks it will be 50k.

 

Actually, dealers around will lower the price in small increments until someone finally buys it; Last year, Thompson Toyota in Doylestown (the dealer that did my frame replacement) had 3rd Gen Tundra Access Cab Limited 4x4 (I know it was pre-TSS, but I forget what year; I think 2016). This Tundra was MINT, but it had over 100K miles, and they were initially asking like $36K; The lowered it to like $32K before someone finally bought it...

Peruzzi, which is in Hatfield and Quakertown, has several dealers; They were asking like $65K for a loaded 2016 GMC Sierra HD diesel with almost 60K miles. They have since lowered it to like $63K; I understand that supply is low and demand is high, but some dealers are outright gouging, and there enough impulsive people out there willing to pay new vehicle money for a 5-year old higher mileage truck that they are able to KEEP gouging!

 

Except beer. They will never charge what it is worth!
