A few have asked so here it is..... the famous (famous?) Butt burning,Colon melting chicken :

This is based on 4lbs of skinless chicken breast, cut into strips about 1.5 " wide x length of chicken breast, after this put aside, now you'll need to get a can or jar(preferrably quart size) of WHOLE JALAPENOS, drain a small amount into a 8"x13" baking dish or tupperware covering the bottom, now get a knife & grab some peppers & slice them one at a time allowing the juice from the pepper to drain into the marinading dish, dice a couple & let them rest on the bottom, get your cut strips & start layering them somewhat evenly into the marinade , repeat the slicing/draining process till the entire contents of jalapenos is used . Also , I sprinkled about a half tablespoon of GARLIC POWDER not garlic salt on top of the whole mess before covering it up with foil, put in fridge about an hour or 2, take out of fridge & stir the strips once for even maranading, re-cover & leave in fridge overnight.. The maranading process "cooks" the chicken somewhat so you just need to grill it long enough to slightly brown... thats it, enjoy:D:D

PS you can squeeze a lemon into the mix also if you wish
