genuine Phillips D2S 85122 WX 6k bulbs. had them in my retro projectors, but it i wanted something a lil more blueish tint to it. these bulbs are white white that resembles OEM factory bulbs for high end cars such as lexus, BMW, Acura, Mercedes, Audi etc.theyve been in truck for about 2-3 weeks. But used them no more that hour half max. I only drive the rruck on the weekends ans hardly at night. they are like new!! they were $150 brand new. $115 shipped.

If they are 85122's they are not 6K they are 4300K but they will color shift over time. Do you know about how many hours of burn time they have?

Ok yah the 85122WX is a 6K bulb thanks for clearing that up. The 85122WX will also color shift over time and become bluer in color. Do you have any output pic's of them?

Question...... can these be used on 35 OR 55 watt ballast HID's?.... or are bulbs not specific to a particular wattage ballast?

if they can be used with my 35w retro setup, im interested.

They do best with a 35W set up but they can be run with a 55W set up. The only down fall of a 55W set is it will decrease the life span of the bulb and it will wash out some of the blueish color.
