What is "Premium Paint Charge"? At least your "Black Emblem Overlay" is more reasonable, in my area the Blackout Package is 399

 

Wind Chill Pearl. 3 stage paint vs single stage for Super White and no flaking off issues.
My BO package did not include the black tailgate letters or black tailpipe, so I picked up a $25 set from Amazon, then this cold front moved it, so letters are still in the box. Got the Yota black chrome tailpipe for $50-ish and put it on myself.
Dealer got me for $3,990 for TRD skid plate, window tint, ceramic coating and bed extender. Toyota family discount was $3900-ish, so I called it a wash.

"I believe 2020 they changed super white to 2 stage due to flaking issue. I have 2021 super white and there is a slight color difference compared to my neighbors 2018 superwhite".

I find this interesting. Any painting experts out there? Having a 2020 Super White, August production date can anyone else confirm this? It would be nice to know that Toyota quietly changed the Super White painting process to a 2 step.

Traded a 2017 SR5 long bed v6 4x4 with 15,000 miles in June 2021 for a 2021 SR5 short bed v6 no 4x4 and they gave me a check for 1699.00...traded that this month for a 2022 with same configuration but had the technology package with BSM and Cross traffic out the door for 1495.00

Did you buy this in Peoria? I think I test drove this exact vehicle. Ended up picking up a 2022 TRD sport over in Bloomington a couple days later.

 

Good point. In the southeast, those port options can be huge. Might be a clout thing.

I was recently at an out of town toyota dealer in the Dallas area, $5K markups across the board! Ironically, most of the trucks are presold at that dealer.

Welcome to TW - the land of a hundred opinions! The 4500 miles on the odometer are insignificant compared to how long this truck will run. I wouldn't worry, just enjoy your ride!

 

Thanks and I will enjoy. Plus after seeing everything going on with car prices I think I did “ok”, I think it’s the fact that we aren’t accustomed to paying msrp but that’s the new normal. Plus really like the over priced add ons.

 

I have an allocation order on a '22 TRD Sport, access, manual. Got my local dlr down to Sticker, (low optioned as possible), as they generally get $5K over for most everything. Thankful to be friends wt the owners daughter. It's a waiting game now..

These dealers are located in Colorado. Insane.
