We already went the particle board route and holy crap after 2 years these look like shit. The veneer is all but worn or peeled off. I'll just be throwing a file cabinet underneath and my desktop tower and humidor. Will be wall mounting my monitor and on down the line another smaller monitor on a post mount. We spend 90% off our time at our desks so I want it to look nice and be sturdy. I sit with my feet up on the desk and my chair reclined so getting the monitor up and on a pivoting mount while still retaining desk space for when I do legos or build models is ideal. Plus I want to route my wiring for the computer better.

Want the open leg style frame. Plus I want it sturdy and to look halfway decent. Computer desks for our office/game room where we spend 90% of our time.

 

I like the look but the reviews on that particular slab don't look amazing.

If you don't want to get into building the legs, something like these would do the job.

My wife needs to have a Covid test before her conference so I had to find a place on Kauai. Interesting scheduling a test (way) out of state and over a month away but I needed to make sure she can go to the conference.

Closest I ever came to gettin’ a table is when I had an IV in my arm drippin’ out of an overhead bag. I was in no shape to care.
