I went to one when I visited Seattle almost 15 years ago. It was good enough that I remember it fondly.

    They vary.

Some nearer to Seattle are good. The one in Redmond sucks. The one near us up in Bellingham is top 5 material. Damn near ordering a second pie every time!

It's a weird thing. I had to take some antibiotics some years back for some kind of infunction and ever since, too much habanero is just one nasty rear gasket burn. Sweating, burning, death. I can still eat most all other things from garlic to curries and all other spices.......cross that habanero limit and I am paying that white devil porcelain bus.

If you’re ever in CO you should try Beau Jo’s. If possible visit their Idaho Springs location in the mountains just west of Denver. Eat your pie, but save the crust for dessert and add honey.

The spicy honey was delivered. I cracked the seal on it and licked off the tiny bit of honey. That has some lingering burn to it! My kid has a class I have to take him to then it's pizza time!

    Legit. Ham and scallions?

    Edit: oh, maybe green peppers.
