Been on the truck about 1.5 years. 15k Miles. No major rust. Some surface rust near bolt holes. Some surface rust where the trimmed front bumper piece makes contact with the bumper.

Shew if it was posted last week I may have had to make the trip. Back to work this week and schedule just won’t allow it. Man that would look good on my white off-road.

 

The bumper is awesome. I’ve just decided to sell the truck so I’m taking it back to stock as much as I can before sending it off.

 

With the prices that the trucks are going for I really have considered selling mine. Twins in college finances get tighter. I could always buy back next year.

How's the finish where the wings mate up with the bumper?

 

I’ll have to check as I didn’t pull the wings off.

 

Hate to make you do extra work, but trying to figure if it needs to be powder coated before I take the ride to Pittsburgh.

 

Ya I’m sure the powder coat is fine under there but I can look. Just out of curiosity, why don’t you want the high clearance wings?

 

I'm still on the fence about cutting up the truck..lol.

 

I feel ya but it’s easier than it looks and if you under cut, it makes it easier to trim and make it perfect.
If it helps I’m putting mine back to stock to sell and also long as you keep everything you pull off. The only pieces you have to buy is the front lower bumper and fender flares, which I was able to get it all for about $400.
