Oh, yeah forecast for 3-6" snow here starting tomorrow. The way forcast.....could be a dusting to a foot!

 

Frustrating to have more work than ya can do. I used to show up at work and know it was gonna be a 12 hour day and it just makes ya feel bad.

 

Well, I think in today's circumstance they at least clearly see that will be impossible. Told me yesterday we'll just do what you can, it takes what it takes for time.

 

Usually when someone tells ya to " do what ya can " it's a damn mess.

 

I welded 22 of the 32 of these yesterday and noticed we had an extra one. When stuff is laser cut they don’t just give you an extra one for no reason.

I found out why. Apparently there was a cutting problem on two parts and they cleaned em up with a grinder

These get powder coated and shipped to Texas. We can’t ship these two ugly parts






This is a good one, the gap is supposed to be 3mm.

Today I make big Square into big circle. First order of removing a little material to save lathe time. On a angled cut I use a file end to put a little pressure on the blade there. Finger wouldn't be a good idea.

 

Is that a 1" blade? That's what our blade is, can't turn it in a part they have to be straight(ish)

 

Yes it's one inch. I'm just knocking the corners off and then put it in the big green lathe. This one wouldn't cut circles either it's just Marvel band saw.
