I thought about renting a steamer but I’ll probably just wait until summer and just let it come out on its on. You might as well do the back it was the easiest, I have seat protectors for the car seats.

First test fit of the RotoPax in the location I want. Going to be running two cans, one on each side. Prepping for the Utah wheeling and camping trip. We have a small group from FL heading to the T4R Experience this year in March. Install video will be out soon.

If they go all the way down to the mirror and they are opaque, then yes, they add to the visual thickness of the A-pillar. At least with the smoked (but otherwise translucent) you can still see through them and it doesn't hurt visibility as much.

Just read through that PDF (I haven't lifted my truck but I do care about such things) and I think I'm going to have to completely disregard the horizontal aiming portion. When I finally get motivated to do so I'm going to aim mine down just a bit to be less of an asshole to my oncoming fellow motorists. I've driven shorter cars, and I know just how bright my current headlights are at stock settings.

The initial measurement was +1-3/4" but it's settling. When all is said and done, it's probably going to be right on 1-1/2". On the Icon site, under FAQ, it states that the overload spring could be left in for more lift. The pins provided in the kit allow for keeping the overload. I actually am holding on to my overloads so that if I end up getting a bedrack, I can put them back in to keep the rear from sagging. I would just have to get new pins because you have to cut them to reinstall the factory bump stops. I did see a YouTube video where the guy installed this exact kit and left the overloads on. I don't think he gave a settled, final number though.

I agree here. I can't imagine having the matte version while driving up a curvy mountain road.

Sounds like a badass trip! Do you have any clearance/rubbing issues with the spare and the rear window? I like the setup

My only complaint with the center console organizer is the plastic knocking i get when items clunk when I turn or go over bumps. I tried minimizing the sound with tape.

Its probably just me but it drives me bonkers sometimes.

keep trying to convince myself I don't mind the factory grille but every time I see this one I change my mind.

A little trick/tip I learned is to adhere some tool box liner to the plastic dividers. This should eliminate the rattling.
    Happy modding!

I found a set of TRD SEMA wheels for a song around thanksgiving. Waited for a good deal on tires, and finally got them swapped last Friday.

Now I just need to figure out what to do with a set of stock rims and a set of Toyo Open Country A30s with 6500 miles on them…

If it's right over the window defroster vents, that's not uncommon if you're running the A/C at full blast.

You're most welcome... It definitely fits the K.I.S.S. principle, but it would have been perfect if they added a motion sensor and I'm still not sure what to do with the other four lights.
