I have no problems falling asleep when I want to. I don't dwell on the future or past, just head down lights out.

    Stuff. Also things.
I’ve been fighting COVID since Sunday.

This morning is the first that I’ve felt halfway human again. Definitely looking forward to doing some WFH so I’m not burning through more PTO.

Well that's no good, glad to hear you're starting to feel better now though.

I'm getting an email almost every other day from HR about another person at work getting covid. Legally they aren't supposed to tell us who but I think that's kind of a fucked up policy, because what if I was working with that person or in their office or something.

I wanna get an antibody test done to see if we had it last month, my wife and I got pretty sick with what I figured was a real bad cold. But our 2yr old never caught it, or never showed any symptoms anyway. Which I thought was kind of weird.

never had a fever though which is the #1 symptom so I just wrote it off as a cold. But that shit lingered for a couple weeks

glad to hear you're on the mend, seems most are good again within a week or two. I know of one person in my circle that got long term effects from the initial Covid virus and she's still fighting some pretty severe breathing problems and brain fog over a year later.

you're essentially putting a few lines of coke in front of a crackhead to see if he'll touch it or not

    Thanks, Zane.

It’s not the most fun, but it’s been pretty manageable so far.
    Thanks, Ryan.

Yeah, my lady works for the school district here and this new variant seems to be everywhere. A couple days ago I texted my mom that we had it and she told me that my brother and sister-in-law both have it right now too.

We’re both really grateful that we seem to be on the mend, knowing that there are some folks out there who have a much worse time of it. For us, it’s been along the lines of your average cold, except for the fact that she lost taste and smell for a few days.

Regarding of whether you actually had it or not, I’m glad you and your wife are feeling better now.

As far as I know I’m still Covid free, could go give blood again to see if I have the antibody’s or not :muscleflexing:
