Nice Truck! You did a full Bilstein Lift, Tires, Skid Plates, and Sliders all for less than the $2000 price difference between the SR5 and Off Road?

    $2550

I guess I missed his where the trd was only $2k difference. When I was looking Nov 2021 it was more like a $3-4k price difference. Maybe market adjustment prices

Sounds like you got some good bargins! The difference used to be more like $1700 but over the past few years it has grown to a little over $2K. But if you start loading the trucks with extra options they can get crazy expensive as you noticed.

I have cloth seats, no sunroof, no remote start in my OR. For me, leather was something I did not want, but could have lived with. The moon roof was a hard hell no though.

For less that $2k? That is some serious deal shopping. An OR without extras is not much more than an SR5. Granted, $2k is still money that can be spent on those things as it is not like the OR comes with them.

Edit: Sorry, I see you already answered that.

That i could never tell as far as which had a better ride. Imo, they both felt similar, even riding down my crappy dirt road in my fishing buddies trd or. I really did think my sr5 drove flatter into sweeping corners, and was quieter, but it had 1/2 the mileage, and a year newer then the trd.
