    Masterlocks are notoriously easy to defeat. Lock Picking Lawyer shows how easy it is to open them.
    The "Unbreakable" pedal one will take 30 seconds with a battery powered angle grinder.

    It really comes down to layers, the more stuff a thief has to go thru get the truck the more likely they will just move on.
    Fuel pump kill switch
    Alarm light, even if it's fake
    Pedal lock
    Steering wheel lock
    Really loud interior alarm
    Alarm that alerts you, not the neighborhood
    Really well lit parking space

    Of course, after all that it might take you 30 minutes to lock up and unlock your truck....

    Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
    The sad fact even the best theft deterrence only really stops amateurs .

    If a pro vehicle thief has a order for a certain vehicle and your Truck fits the Bill unless it is inside it will be going .

    Like anything else where you live makes a big difference.

    Anything that takes them an extra step is of course more help to me. Takes them 10 minutes I doubt they will want to be trying to steal it after that

    I am all for the latching relay. Once you energize it and the relay latches it will stay that way until you turn the key off. You could use almost any sliceable circuit to latch the relay.

    Just place dirty pair of undies over the steering wheel. The more pronounced the skid mark the more deterrent.

    picture would be great. i'm gonna add a relay to my fuel pump with an inline switch to turn it off when parked outside. in all actuality I can use an access line but want to find the actual wire too.

    I use the Unbreakable auto lock break lock. Also have the blackvue dash cam that detects motion/impacts and sends notifications to my phone, live view, and GPS. Currently waiting on a Compustar T-13 alarm systems to come in from backorder.
