    Here's one more.

I still have to make some modifications to my transfer case skid and then I need to add to it.
Picked up a 2nd transfercase crossmember from BAMF that will bolt right to the stock bolts just under the mount that has the carrier bearing.
So my skid will extend that far back but be two pieces of plate on bottom and use 3 crossmembers, 2 I added from BAMF and the factory one.

For those who have ran the shifters separate, how much trans tunnel work did you do? Any pictures? I plan on doing this:08080884-C628-4655-87E5-D1004873A239.jpg

would guess I’d only need to cut a square out to allow for the shifter. many way just seeing if there were some pics of other setups. If not, I’ll trial and error it.

You'll definitley want to cut out a larger access hole and build a cover plate to make installing everything easier. And without a body lift, things will be very close if not even require massaging the cab floor.

^^^ agree, just cut it all out and build a new hump over all that.

I'll have to look into that shifter base deflector and gasket. My crawl box has always spewed fluid out the shifter despite having a big ass vent coming out where that Allen plug goes.

If it’s slightly over filled it will cause some puking until level reaches equilibrium. If that deflector is not installed it will always leak a little bit. Merlin makes a shifter base with the deflector built in buuut…..surprise it’s not in stock

I was able to get the marlin shifter base a few months back. Plan to run that with a gasket and hopefully that should be sufficient

Yea my lefty dual combo always self leveled like that lol!! I want to minimize the "seeping", like if I drive on the highway with the windows down and it seeps out the shifter. I always rightstuffed the hell out of it. Tried a cork gasket at one point but that worked the worst.

There’s not a wire harness extension that someone has made is there?

Nope. It's cheap to extend and easy as well.

@Dan8906 Davez make a really functioning one as well. But out of stock and still out.... 3 years later and still not stocking

As far as tunnel clearance, you won't need to do much since the TG unit is not clockable.

Im not planning on twin sticks at the moment. But definitely want to get my shifter to come out the front cup holder like that. Hopefully that won’t be to hard.

Like mentioned, RAD triple stick setup, but the mounting base has been modified to place the twin stick shifters in the forward cup holder vs with the crawlbox shifter.
While your messing with the tcases now is the time to convert to twin stick, pretty easy todo. Recommend it if you have a lunchbox style locker in the front or plan to, makes it easy to disengage for sharp trail turns then re-engage. If your open or selectable in the front you probably don't need it. I use to have a lunchbox front and the main reason for the twin stick.

It'll be more of a challenge to form the single tcase shifter, but certainly possible.

@cbechtold fab a very nice setup. All 3 stick coming out from the factory 4wd position. With time and some fab skill, anything is possible.

This is my setup as picture. I didn't care to much for the dual cup holder. Plus I swap out to a pre00 front/first console with a pull/slide dual cup holder already.

It’s best to rtv between the tranny and the duals and the first and second case? I know those don’t require it but are people seeing leaks at those points?
